These Terms of Service govern your use of cartacanta.co.uk and any purchase made through it.

1. Who we are Cartacanta is a resource business run by Fabiola Massa, providing downloadable Spanish and Italian teaching materials for GCSE and A-level.

2. Our products All products are digital files (PDF/PowerPoint) delivered by download or email link after purchase. No physical items are shipped.

‍ ‍

3. Licence to use our resources When you buy a resource from Cartacanta, you're purchasing a licence for use by you, the purchasing teacher, within your own classroom. Specifically, you may:

  • Use, print, and adapt the resource for your own teaching

  • Share printed or digital copies with your own students

‍ ‍

You may not:

‍ ‍

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the original files with other teachers, departments, or schools

  • Upload resources to shared drives, VLEs, or resource-sharing sites accessible beyond your own classes

  • Remove Cartacanta branding or claim authorship of the material

If you'd like a licence covering your whole department or school, get in touch — a multi-user licence can be arranged.

4. Payment Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Paymentss; we don't store your card details.

5. Intellectual property All resources remain the intellectual property of Cartacanta. Some content is developed with the assistance of AI tools as part of our production process, with all materials reviewed and edited by a qualified MFL teacher before publication.

6. Availability and changes We may update, correct, or withdraw resources from sale at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.

7. Limitation of liability Resources are provided for educational use as-is. While we take care to ensure accuracy and exam-board relevance, Cartacanta is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our materials.

8. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
