Returns

All Cartacanta resources are digital downloads — PDFs and PowerPoint files delivered instantly after purchase. Because of this, we're not able to offer returns or refunds once a file has been downloaded.

Cancellation rights: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you would normally have 14 days to cancel an order. However, this right does not apply to digital content once you've begun downloading it, and by completing your purchase you agree that your right to cancel ends as soon as download starts.

If something goes wrong: If you receive a corrupted file, the wrong resource, or a file that won't open, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll sort it out — either by sending a working copy or issuing a refund, at our discretion.

‍Accidental duplicate purchases: If you've bought the same resource twice (for example, once on TES and once on our site), let us know and we'll refund the duplicate.

‍How to request a return or refund: Email hello@cartacanta.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
